Agreement Acceptance & Applicability

• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• The account must be opened in your own name for personal use — it may not be operated on behalf of or for any third party.
• Accessing or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification

rr222 may request relevant documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit a national identity card, passport, or other accepted identification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the rr222 support team immediately. rr222 will not be liable for any loss arising from negligence in protecting your account security.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account and use services on rr222:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited for you in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• You are using the account for yourself and for your own personal entertainment.
• You are mentally competent and capable of taking legal responsibility for your own actions.

rr222 reserves the right to immediately close an underage user's account and withhold all deposited funds.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following methods are available for financial transactions on rr222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. No deposit below this amount will be processed.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must be sent from a method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts or methods are prohibited.
• Any bank or mobile financial service charges applicable to deposit transactions are the user's responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The terms of the welcome bonus and promotional offers currently available on rr222 are as follows:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) — total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit — if the limit passes, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• rr222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• If the terms of any bonus offer are violated, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

11.2 Closure at rr222's Initiative

rr222 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Refusal to verify identity or provision of false information.
• If the user is identified as a minor.
• Suspicious transactions under anti-money laundering regulations.

11.3 Effects Following Termination

Even after an account is closed, the relevant clauses of these Terms and Conditions (limitation of liability, intellectual property) will remain in effect.
